Conference “Business Environment in Belarus: Internal Factors and Potential Development”

On November 30, 2012 Beroc held the conference "Business Environment in Belarus: Internal Factors and Potential Development".

The conference was held withinh tha framework of the research project on the internal factors and potential development of business in Belarus. The project was held in co-operation with the Center for International Private Enterprise (CIPE) and supported by the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID).

Within the framework of this project BEROC experts held two research works: Maryia Akulava presented her research "Portrait of a Belarusian Entrepreneur", Olga Belskaya and Darya Uryutina made a research on "Belarusian Business Associations: Problems and Potential Development".

Ethan A. Goldrich, U.S. Chargé d’Affaires ad interim (Chief of Mission at interim), opened the conference with a welcoming speech.
